Freediving (Apnea) Classes in Lompoc, CA and Catalina Island by Ocean Sports Dive Shop

A new Freediving (Apnea) Class is now being taught by Ocean Sports' very own Shaun Crouse, PADI OWSI. We're currently taking reservations for our April 20th class, a max of eight people. So hurry and put down your deposit to reserve a space in the next session. It will start out in the classroom on Wed the 20th, going over all the gear and techniques that will help you achieve up to a 3 minute breath hold in the pool lesson that weekend. Then you get the chance to move onto the second session for Ocean skills and a day of Freediving on Catalina Island, with the option of spearfishing, kayaking or underwater photography after the class is finished.
